"In this harsh economy I need to strech my money; so timely, reliable and consistently excellent service is important to me. (They also guarantee their work). Y99 has the best mechanic in the valley; they give me peace of mind. I too rather push my bike to Madera than to have it served in Fresno, like another customer said. Very reasonable prices for accessories and if I can't understand the darned instructions, they are always willing to help. Nobody can beat their friendly service. Did I mention that they guarantee their work?! My money is well spent at Y99! Five stars; no, make it six! "

"The service department is great. Everyone back there does a good job especially the service manager and Dave. Your people are great, there nice and they remember you which is a huge plus. Ill always recommend you guys because you do good work and sometimes wash the bike when your done which is awesome! The drive out there is worth the price and service I recieve, and your service guys arent stand-offish like the jerks at "clawson". Honestly, id rather push my bike to madera then take it to "clawson". Thats the honest truth. -August"

"I have been bringing my bike here for service for strictly selfish reasons they are cheaper. Over the last two plus years I have never had a problem they couldn't answer or fix. I like the place so much I just moved up to a VStar 1300. I checked around with different dealers and these guys gave me a very good deal. Check these guys out. "

"If you are tired of the agressive sales game played at other dealers you will have a very pleasant experience at Yamaha99. This is a great shop. I wish they had other brands besides Yamaha but if you like Yamaha like I do this is the place. They are like the neighborhood shop but in a fantastic facility. And the staff, especially Jeremy and Crystal, are great to talk to. These are people you can trust. Even though you are a ways to drive for me it is worth it. Way to go guys. "

"Other than my oil being overfilled the first time i had my bike serviced, (which David fixed) everything else has been great! Ive only had the pleasure of working with David, Crystal, and Mike. They had made such a great impression ill continue to bring my bike and also recommend your shop to anyone who needs work done or riding gear. Your waiting area is among the most comfortable waiting areas ive ever been in and your staff makes it a very welcoming enviorment. I dont know if your techs or whoever is in charge of keeping things clean around there but you guys have the cleanist damn service and showroom areas, and i dig the DMV loop in your huge parking lot, you guys have a great set-up, and a great team, hell your web-site is even user friendly."

" OK First off I don't even have a Yamaha I Have a Suki and i still trust Yamaha 99 With it more than Any of the suki dealers around here and that should tell you something Top Notch 5 star all around I think my next bike will be a Yam Just because of the way treated at this shop"
